Yes, returns and exchanges are free in the UK

Returns are super easy. Just email us with the order number and reason for the return and a return label will be sent to you, then Just follow the instructions. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, unworn in its original packaging.

If you would like to exchange an item for whatever reason, simply send us an email with your order number and what you would like to exchange with i.e. larger size required. A return label will then be sent to you with instructions.

Once we receive the item back it can take up to 7 days to process your refund.

Refunds through Klarna are straight forward. If you have made a payment, you will be refunded the paid amount. If you are yet to make a payment your agreement will simply be cancelled.
