We understand that you may not always be satisfied with our products whether it’s the fitting or the style and buying online is always that much harder since you can’t try items on. We aim to make your journey as easy as possible.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
We allow returns and exchanges up to 30 days from when you recieve your order.
All returns must be undamaged, unsused and in their original packaging with tags. Any items that do not qualify for returning will be sent back.
HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
If you wish to return or return/exchange and item and benefit from free returns please follow the following steps.
- Enter our Returns Manager
- Enter your order number and email address.
- Select your item and the reason for the return, then click submit. We will then be notified of the request and will issue a returns label within 24hrs.
- Once you recieve your label, please print and attach it securely to the package. *Printer is required.
- Find your nearest EVRI drop off store found here
- You can always log back to check the status of your return.
COST OF RETURNING MY ORDER?
For all orders placed in the UK, returns and exchanges are free of cost.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY REFUND?
Once we have recieved your return, pelase allow us 2-5 working days to process your refund or dispatch your exchange.

HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
- Enter our Returns Manager
- Enter your order number and email address.
- Select your item and the reason for the return. You will be notified of the return fee before you continue.
- Once you are happy, click submit.
- We will then be notified of the request and will issue a returns label within 24hrs.
- Once you recieve your label, please print and attach it securely to the package. *Printer is required.

- You can always log back to check the status of your return.
COST TO RETURN MY ORDER?
$.30.00 - All USA orders are subject to a return fee. This only covers part of the return cost, the rest is covered by us.
There is no charge for exchanging your item.
The cost of the return will be deducted from the total refundable amount. For example if your order total was $400.00 you will be refunded $370.00.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY REFUND?
Please allow up to 2-5 days for your refund to be processed. Once we process your refund, it could take 2-3 working days for your bank to deposit the funds back.
HOW CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
Yes, we offer free exchanges within 30 days. Once you enter the returns manager and enter your details, choose the item and select 'exchnage'; you can then select the item you wish to exchange for. Your exchange shipping is covered by us.
