We understand that sometimes you may not be fully satisfied with your item, which is why we offer a 14-day returns policy from the date you receive your item provided the item is unworn and in its original packaging. If you wish to exchange an item you may do so, and will need to fill in the returns slip, more information on this is listed below.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Customers will receive an invoice with their parcel with which they should provide details of whether they would like to return or exchange an item. If you wish to exchange an item, then please list the name and item number of the item you wish to exchange with on the invoice when you send the item back to us. We will then send your requested item on receipt of the item you have sent back to us to be exchanged.
We offer free returns for UK customers. Please contact us and provide us with the order number and reason for return and a label will be send emailed to you.
Do you ship internationally?
We do offer international shipping tracked with DHL. However, this can vary according to your location, and if there are any delivery charges that affect your order, you will be notified in advance. Delivery within the UK is free and can take up to 3-5 working days.
How long will my parcel take to arrive?
We currently offer standard delivery within the UK for free and this can take up to 2-3 working days. Deliveries internationally are free and can take up to 2-4 working days with DHL.
How can I place an order?
